Eight steps. Each fixes one big problem, ships on its own, and is measured before and after. Every picture is the real PAM Flow page.

How we made the pictures and the numbers
Before pictures are the real PAM Flow page (pam-frontend-v2 main 5ac70cfb) on the local stack. A finished run of "Launch video kit" was fed to the page through its own API response; PAM's own code drew every card. Nothing was written to the database.
After pictures are the same live page with that step's change added in the browser. The changes stack: step 3's "before" is step 2's "after".
"Measured" numbers come from a robot (Playwright, 1440 × 900) using the real page or the demo the step copies, with the fewest clicks a practised user would take.
Prices use pricing.ts at 1,000 credits per US$ (cost × 3 ÷ $0.003). GPT Image 2 = 40 credits a picture, Veo 3.1 Fast = 150 credits a second.
Goals marked with an event name are targets to track after launch, not results we have yet.
The 4 demos and the competitor evidence are at pam-workflow-proposal.pages.dev.
